Places to Remember #2: Brazil, Cuba, Mauritius

Now some pictures of Countries on the other side of the planet!

I have a special connection to Cuba and Brazil; this may be because of my Latin roots...I just love the joy of life the people have in those countries.

 

Our hotel in Cuba (2008) was a real honeymooner hotel: "Princesa del Mar" in Varadero.
I never had experienced such a warm and calm ocean... it was like lying in a open air tub :D really amazing..

This was also the first time I ever saw a dolphin... and then getting so close to it was an undiscribable feeling, it may sound silly but I almost started to cry :D

In 2009 I went to Mauritius with one of my best friends.
We had such an great, stylish and modern hotel, the Design Hotel "The Grand Mauritian" in Balaclava.

 

 

The nature in Mauritius is amazing... The forests look like in the "Jurassic Park" Movies! 

Since 2009 I also got the chance to visit Brazil several times because a part of my family is living
in Sao Paulo.
I have to tell you that I really fell in love with Brazil.
It's such a great country in several ways - the clima is great, the people are amazing, with a lot of temperament and rythm in their blood.
Thanks to the time I spent in Brazil I'm now an absolute Bossa Nova lover! 
And well... the shopping in Sao Paulo is great! You have a lot of malls - from casual labels to luxury labels, you can find everything.
